If there are none in the area then I go for a Holiday Inn. The difference between the two is that Holiday Inn Express is usually cheaper and the breakfast is usually included in the price. Holiday Inn usually includes a gym and/or a swimming pool. I would probably use the gym if I was staying for more than one night but when I stay in a hotel it is usually just to break a journey.
